The microcell arrays are polymer inserts that enable live cell imaging experiments over extended periods of time, ranging from hours up to a week. The inserts can be used with an extensive range of cell culture ware of imaging chambers with either glass or polymer surfaces. There exists a selection of shapes and sizes to suit different applications.
The microgrid arrays are square nano and pico litre well arrays with a flat bottom surface for confining adherent or non-adherent cells for long term imaging and tracking of dynamic cellular activities. The size and shape of the wells are suitable for low and medium resolution imaging of cells over extended periods of time.
The microwell arrays are circular pico litre well arrays with a flat bottom surface for confining adherent and non-adherent cells for single cell imaging, tracking, isolation and analysis. The size and shape of the microwell arrays are suitable for medium and low resolution imaging of cells over extended periods of time.
The micromesh arrays are circular or square hole arrays in a thin polymer membrane. The micromesh arrays are used for confining cells while presenting the biological coating of the culture ware. Alternatively, the micromesh arrays can be used as a micro stencil for producing protein patterning of surfaces. The size and shape of the micromesh arrays are suitable for low, medium and high resolution imaging of cells over extended periods of time.
The microEB arrays are circular well arrays with a parabolic profile that are extremely useful in growing three-dimensional spherical embroid bodies. The size and shape of the microEB arrays are suitable for low and medium resolution imaging over extended periods of time.
The microculture arrays contain circular hole arrays through a polymer membrane that can be used to create micro litre wells and are a perfect solution for dynamic live cell imaging and analysis, immunfluorescence assays or cell culture. The format enables the microculture arrays to be used with a variety of cell culture ware (polystyrene dishes, glass slides, coverslips) that contains biologically treated surfaces resulting in a micro-well with an active base and hydrophobic walls.
The microculture arrays are available with one, two, three, ten or forty wells per slide. The size and shape of the microculture arrays are suitable for high, medium and low resolution imaging of cells depending on the thickness of the cell culture ware substrate.
